About Fred Adams
Fred Adams, the Operating Manager and CEO of Cutting Edge Now L.L.C., is proud to be married for 42 years with two adult daughters and one grandson. A California Baptist University Business Administration graduate earned a Master’s degree in Consulting and Organizational Leadership from Regent University and was honored to receive an honorary Doctoral degree in Biblical Studies from The Rock Bible College.
Mr. Adams is accomplished in organizational consulting, instructional design, course development, and technical training in manufacturing jet plans and surface and submarine water vessels. Mr. Adams is an adjunct professor at Oak Valley College a business college where he teaches Freshman Writing Seminar, Business Communication, Organizational Psychology, and Ideation Design Thinking and he has also been an adjunct professor for San Bernardino Valley College and the University of California Riverside Teaching Extension.
After 30 years, and retired, from a Fortune 500 company in the aerospace industry as an organization development and technical training specialist. Mr. Adams attends and volunteers at The Rock Church and World Outreach Center, a mega-church in San Bernardino, CA, where he was the Church Administrator for seventeen years. Moreover, he was the director and instructor at The Rock Bible College for nine of those years. After twenty-one years of service, he retired to start Cutting Edge Now L.L.C. Consulting.
